Shop with confidence with our 31-Day "Try Risk-Free" Guarantee, available exclusively for first-time purchases made through Jolicare's official website or Jolicare Official Store on our verified online marketplaces. If you’re not fully satisfied with your first order, you can request a refund within 31 days of receiving your purchase — no returns required!

  • Valid for your first order only
  • Maximum refund value: RM150 per order (not per product)
  • Limited to one refund per household, name, and address
  • Refund requests must include a valid order ID or proof of purchase

We’ll process your refund using the payment method that best suits your location. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed, as the timeframe may vary depending on the payment method used.

31-Day Return Policy

You have 31 days from receipt to request a return for items in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@jolicare.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted. The return shipping address will be provided upon receiving your return request.

Return Scenario 1: Defective/ Wrong Product Received

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we will provide you with a soft copy of the shipping label. You can print this label and return the item to our specified shipping partner. We'll cover the shipping cost.

Return Scenario 2: Change of Mind/ Product Exchange

Customers who change their mind or wish to exchange an unused product will need to return it at their own expense. Please use any delivery service of your choice, and provide us with the tracking number. Depending on your preference, we can either:

• Refund the purchase price after we inspect the returned item.

• Exchange the item for another of equal value after inspection.

• Provide a partial refund if only part of the product is returned.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
